Taking Action on Homelessness

Taking Action on Homelessness

John Lee has been at City Hall for over a decade. On his watch, homelessness has gone from being a problem to being an out of control epidemic that's defining our city. Our tax dollars are being wasted on inaction. Loraine will take swift, decisive, and comprehensive action to tackle homelessness. Data-proven solutions that are safe, effective, and humane exist - we need someone on City Council with the courage and record to implement them.

Challenging the DWP

Challenging the DWP

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is out of control. Rate payer scandals and investigations of abuse of funds have cast complete doubt on their ability to be trusted with our energy and our paychecks. We have all seen bills double and triple of what they're meant to be without explanation. Enough is enough. Their political arm has spent over $300,000 electing John Lee because they know Loraine will stand up to them. She did it before when helping Valley families lower their energy bills and she'll do it again on City Council.

Standing Up to Special Interests

Standing Up to Special Interests

City Hall needs to be cleaned up. Homelessness, energy rates, clean air, better schools cannot be addressed if decisions can be bought with insider dollars and corporate favor. Developers have spent over $50,000. Oil and Gas corporations have spent over $100,000. DWP interests have spent over $300,000. All to keep Loraine from representing Valley voters at City Hall. The special interests are scared of your interests being front and center for once. Scared of a scientist and outsider willing to shake things up on behalf of the people.
